No one was hurt but morning traffic slowed to a crawl after a low-speed crash between a semi and a train on Ring Road near Winnipeg Street early Tuesday morning.
Emergency crews arrived on the scene of the crash just before 5 a.m. Tuesday morning.
For several hours Regina police diverted north and southbound traffic on Ring Road over the Winnipeg Street overpass using the on and off-ramps.

According to police, the train was not damaged in the crash but the semi-trailer was leaking fluid. Regina Fire and Protective Services are on scene helping with the clean-up. The train was moved just before 7 a.m., but the semi was still blocking the Ring Road.
Police expect traffic to be impacted throughout the morning and are advised drivers to find an alternate route on their commute to work.
