Sarah Mills says parents are probably breathing a sigh of relief as kids head back to school after the Easter break.
Premier Scott Moe announced Monday the provincial budget will be delayed by two weeks to be released on April 10.
Speaking to municipal leaders at the Saskatchewan Urban Municipalities Association convention in Regina, Moe also promised the government will look at the revenue-sharing formula.
The new premier told leaders from across the province the government will review the grants-in-lieu program, which was cut in last year’s budget. He still urged municipalities to keep looking for efficiencies to save money.
