Charges are pending against a second suspect in connection to the murder of 40-year-old Justin Troy Langan.
Langan died in hospital Sunday after officers found him injured in the 1400 block of Pasqua Street shortly after 8 p.m.
Police were initially called to the scene for a report of a man shot during a robbery.
After being chased by officers that night, 31-year-old Chad Barre was charged with first-degree murder in connection to the death.
On Friday, police announced a second arrest in the case.
Charges are now pending against a 34-year-old man, who has not been publicly identified.
Police said he was taken into custody on Thursday at a home on Retallack Street near Avonhurst Drive with help from the SWAT team.
Langan’s death is being investigated as Regina’s second homicide of 2018.
