Regina police used a taser on a man after he reportedly pointed a gun at people from a vehicle Wednesday afternoon.
According to police, they responded at 1:36 p.m. after multiple reports of a gun being pointed at people at several different locations in the city.
He was found inside a vehicle at 12th Avenue and Ottawa Street.
In a media release, police said they tried to get him out of the vehicle but when it didn’t work a taser was used.
The man was taken to hospital as a precaution and charges are pending while the investigation into the incidents continues.
