A 26-year-old man is facing a slew of charges after driving around Regina pointing a firearm at people.
A taser was used to arrest the man after he failed to exit his vehicle on Thursday.
He was taken to hospital as a precaution.
Police found a pellet gun in the vehicle which is believed to be the item used as an imitation firearm.
Police said in a release the vehicle the man was in was also stolen.
The man is also accused to striking another vehicle while driving and then threatening to shoot that driver.
He’s also accused to robbing another man at gunpoint in the 500 block of Montreal Street near First Avenue North.
The man is now facing 18 charges which include armed robbery using a firearm, two counts of assault with a weapon, resisting arrest and two counts of using a firearm during commission of an indictable offence.
He made his first court appearance on Thursday.
