White Butte RCMP investigate sudden death

A sudden death just outside of Regina is now being treated as a murder.

White Butte RCMP and Major Crime Unit South are investigating after a man’s body was found on Monday near Highway 6, just northeast of Regina.

RCMP is asking people with any information about suspicious activity east of Highway 6 on Township Road 184 to the Fleet Street intersection on March 19 around 11 a.m to contact them at 306-781-5050 or 310-RCMP or call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

Police are still working to identify the man.
