Firefighters dressed in hazmat suits were on scene of a minor fuel spill in Regina’s Glencairn neighbourhood Saturday morning.
According to Regina Fire and Protective Services, the diesel leaked from a dump truck’s saddle tank on the corner of Cavendish Street and Thorn Crescent.

Firefighters formed a dam around the fuel to contain it until an environmental engineer arrived to assess the situation.
Crews were still on scene and traffic was being detoured as of 12 p.m.
