Regina police are investigating after a woman was found dead Saturday morning.
According to a news release, officers were called to the 1800 block of 6th Avenue on Saturday just after 5 a.m., for a report of an unresponsive person, who was found to be dead.
As the investigation continues, police believe there is no indication of foul play. The 40-year-olds death investigation is being led by the Office of the Chief Coroner along with assistance by the Regina police.
The family has since been notified and police will not be releasing the name of the woman.
