Four Sask. players named to Canada world junior hockey championship team

Berkly Catton, Brayden Yager, Caden Price and Tanner Howe were all named.
In response to Saskatchewan police holding a gun amnesty this month, the Canadian Coalition for Firearm Rights (CCFR) is offering its own.
“It’s a no-questions-asked rehoming service to preserve those historical firearms, and even rehoming to in-need youth clubs across the province,” said CCFR Saskatchewan director Sean Hyndman.
While preserving historical guns was the CCFR’s initial goal, Hyndman said — new or old — the group’s able to accept all kinds of guns.
“All of our field officers have restricted firearms licenses, so if you have pistols, rifles, shot guns — just call us and we’ll figure it out.”
Anyone interested in giving their guns to the CCFR is asked to call 306-515-3866.
