Emergency crews were at a house fire in downtown Regina Friday afternoon.
Neighbour Lorna Evans said crews had arrived at the two-storey home on the 1700 block of Montreal Street just after 4:30 p.m.
“We could smell the smoke, so we looked out to see where the smoke was,” explained Evans. “There (was) smoke billowing out of the veranda and coming out of the roof.”
