A man charged in connection to a violent attack last November on Montague Street has had his charges stayed in court.
Tyrone Lane Eagle, 20, was facing four charges of attempted murder, three counts of attempted murder using a firearm and one count of break and enter to commit theft.
Eagle was arrested March 10, 2018, but on April 19 he had his charges stayed.
On Nov. 17, 2017, police were called to the 600 block of Montague Street at around 3:45 a.m. for reports of people being seriously injured.
Seven people were hurt in the incident, with some being taken to hospital with injuries that were the result of a bladed weapon and gunshots.
Two other people are facing charges of attempted murder in connection to the incident.
