Man sentenced for uttering threats and standoff

In November 2017, Regina police were called to a home after reports of a man uttering death threats towards two women.

Now the man who made those threats has been sentenced.

Michael Wilkinson was sentenced to 18 months of probation after being charged with two counts of uttering threats.

After five hours of negotiating with Wilkinson, who was inside a home, he came out and was arrested.
