Keep your eyes peeled if you’re travelling in southern Saskatchewan as traffic will be affected by two large loads being moved over the next four days.
Starting Monday, Richards Transport will be taking two modules from Carlyle to the Chinook power plant near Swift Current.
The power plant modules are 26 feet high, 32 feet wide and 220 feet long and will cover both lanes of the highways will be travelling on.
Drivers are being told to not try to pass the load as it is being transported.
Each convoy will have a pilot vehicle and drivers are asked to follow any directions given as they may be told to turn around or wait in a safe parking area.
