A Regina man is facing charges after a car was stolen in front of Casino Regina Sunday night.
According to police, around 9:30 p.m., a man approached a car parked in the Casino parking lot with a knife and demanded the driver turn over his vehicle.
The driver was unharmed, but had his vehicle stolen from him at knifepoint.
Police searched the area and found the stolen car in the 1600 block of Rae Street.
After shortly chasing the suspect on foot, officers were able to arrest him.
Danton Bitternose is now being charged with armed robbery, and possession of stolen property over $5,000 and under $5,000.
He will make his first court appearance Tuesday morning.
