It was a hot day across Saskatchewan on Saturday, so much so that several communities broke warm weather records.
Leader was the hottest spot hitting 34.8, which broke the 1996 record of 29.6 but Swift Current saw the biggest jump, of 7 degrees, hitting 32.5 which broke the 2016 record of 25.5.

– Kindersley break it’s 1992 record of 32.3 by hitting 33.7
– Lucky Lake hit 31.5, beating the 1996 record of 31
– Cypress Hills Provincial Park hit 28.5, breaking the record of 26.7 set in 1996
– Shaunavon broke its 1996 record of 28.6 by hitting 31.6, the same goes for East End
– Maple Creek hit 32.9 breaking the record of 28.6 set in 1996
– North Battleford hit 30.3, breaking the 2011 record of 24
– Rosetown got up to 32.6 beating the record of 30.9 set in 1996
– Uranium City beat it’s 1995 record of 23.5 by hitting 28.1
