A 60-year-old man from Emerald Park has died after a head-on crash between a motorcycle and a semi early Sunday morning.
Police said the head-on crash between a northbound motorcycle and southbound semi happened on Highway 6, just south of the Highway 306 junction.
The 60-year-old motorcycle driver died at the scene of the crash. The 38-year-old semi driver from Estevan was not injured.
Traffic was detoured around the highway for most of the day to allow for investigation and clean-up of the scene.
The highway was re-opened to traffic as of 6:40 p.m. Sunday.
A traffic re-constructionist is assisting with the investigation, but RCMP said no other details will be provided at this time.
