A 66-year-old man is dead after a motorcycle crash on Highway 1 between Chaplin and Morse on Saturday.
The RCMP investigation shows the driver lost control and hit the ditch near the village of Ernfold.
Police officers attempted to save the man’s life until an ambulance arrived, but the man was pronounced dead on the way to the hospital.
The man’s name will not be released.
Police will continue to investigate with the help of an RCMP collision reconstructionist.
