While some areas of southeast Saskatchewan are under a heat warning, other regions could see severe thunderstorms.

A heat warning covers the southeast corner of the province by the Manitoba border, from Moosomin and Grenfell to Carlyle, Oxbow and Grenfell area.
The extreme heat on Friday showed temperatures around 32 C, with limited relief as overnight lows are expected to barely dip below 20 C, with more hot weather on the way for Saturday.
Environment Canada also issued severe thunderstorm warnings for southcentral and southeast Saskatchewan Friday covering Moose Jaw, Central Butte, Fort Qu’Appelle, Indian Head and Lumsden. Thunderstorm warnings also covered Assiniboia, Gravelbourg, Coronach as well as the Estevan and Weyburn region.
