A 31-year-old Regina man is facing charges after allegedly flashing a group of children at a park in the city’s northwest end Monday afternoon.
Police were called around 1:30 p.m. to the Northwest Leisure Centre spray pad, where earlier a caller reported a man was seen exposing his genitals intentionally to around 50 kids playing in the park.
From the description given by the caller, officers were able to track down and arrest a potential suspect.
Lindsay Goodpipe is now facing indecent exposure to a person under 16 years of age and breach of undertaking charges.
Goodpipe made his first court appearance in provincial court on Tuesday morning.
