Police are looking for suspects after a confrontation over vandalism reportedly ended in gunfire in a north Regina alley Wednesday night.
Officers were called out at 8:55 p.m. for a report of a gunshot in an alley on the 1500 block of Ninth Avenue North near Laval School in the Churchill Downs neighbourhood.
Police said the suspects pulled up in a blue and grey Ford truck and a passenger got out and started spray-painting a garage door.
A man reportedly confronted the suspects by yelling at them and then running after the truck as it drove away in the alley.
The victim told police the driver stopped the vehicle three or four houses away and a window was rolled down. At that point, he reported hearing a loud bang.
No one was hurt and police have no suspects in custody at this time.
