A pot dispensary in Moose Jaw was raided by police Thursday and trafficking charges have been laid.
Moose Jaw police executed a search warrant at MJ Compassion, a business located at 244 River Street West, which is west of Main Street.
The search led to the seizure of an undisclosed amount of marijuana and marijuana products. Two Moose Jaw men and one Regina man are all facing trafficking charges and all three will appear in court at a later date.
Police said MJ Compassion was not one of the two businesses who had been awarded permits to operate a legal cannabis store in Moose Jaw.
Police said they had warned MJ Compassion previously about continuing to operate despite not adhering to current legislation.
The investigation is still underway.
