A man has been arrested and charged after a Regina police investigation into a report of a man masturbating in a vehicle.
Police said on Aug. 10 they received a report of a man masturbating in a vehicle on the east side of Victoria Park on the 1900 block of Scarth Street.
The man reportedly exposed himself to two women, one 26 and the other 22, who were walking by.
A 26-year-old man is charged with indecent exposure and appeared in court Monday morning.
