Two men are in custody and pending charges after a weapons call in North Central Regina Friday evening.
Officers responded to the call about a man with a gun at a home in the 800 block of Elphinstone Street around 6:30 p.m.
The special weapons and tactics team, and crisis negotiators were called in to help a short time later.
Police said the incident eventually came to a “peaceful conclusion” when two men inside the home were arrested.
The nature of their charges has not been released.
