While marijuana will be officially legal in October, Regina police are still cracking down on shops selling the product illegally.
Three Regina men were arrested and charged after police raided the Cannagreen Dispensary in the 2100 block of Albert Street on Aug. 24. Part of the investigation also involved the home of one of the accused.
Cannagreen was previously raided back in March.
Search warrants were executed at both locations just after 5:30 p.m. Customers inside the location were asked to leave when police arrived.
Police found a variety of items during the search including a large amount of pot, cannabis resin and money.
Three men are facing drug trafficking charges. One of the men has also been charged with unauthorized possession of a weapon — a taser.
All three men will make a court appearance on Oct. 3, 2018.
