Police are looking for two people after a man was reportedly injured and had his car stolen.
Around 9:02 a.m. Monday morning, police were dispatched to the 200 block of Winnipeg Street North for a report of a robbery in progress.
Police arrived to find a 43-year-old man who had injuries consistent with a bear-spray discharge. It was reported to police the man had pulled over on Seventh Avenue North near Winnipeg Street when two people approached.
One of the two suspects came up to the driver’s side and sprayed the driver, who ran from his car. Police said the two suspects got into the man’s car and drove away. The vehicle was later recovered on the 2300 block of Lindsay Street.
The first suspect is described as being a woman, about 18-20 years old and wearing black clothing.
The victim was unable to give a description of the second suspect.
