Regina police have charged 53-year-old Ricky Clark with arson in connection to an apartment fire in the city’s northwest.
The blaze that took place on Nov. 8 around 3 p.m. in the 6500 block of Rochdale Blvd sent one man to hospital for breathing in too much smoke.
It also caused significant damage to the building.
Clark, a Regina man, will appear in provincial court on Jan. 16, 2019.
