A 20-year-old man is recovering at the Regina General Hospital from serious but non-life-threatening injuries after an incident on Saturday morning.
In a news release, police say the man suffered “injuries consistent from an assault with a weapon.”
Police were first sent to the 1700 block of Quebec Street after a report of an injured person.
They later discovered the victim had arrived at the hospital.
The incident is still being investigated.
