Council retroactively slashed $1.33 million in rent owed by the Roughriders.
A head-on crash shortly before 2 a.m. on Christmas morning killed three on Highway 10, sixteen kilometres west of Melville.
So far according to RCMP, it looks like a half-ton truck heading north crossed the centre line and struck a southbound SUV.
Three of four occupants of the SUV are dead, including a 16-year-old boy, a 51-year-old woman and a 48-year-old man.
The 18-year-old female driver of the vehicle was taken to hospital with undetermined injuries. All are from the Balcarres area.
The driver and lone occupant of the truck was a 26-year-old man from the Yorkton area. He was treated and released at the scene.
The cause of the crash is still being investigated.
