The Regina Police Service once again is asking for the public’s assistance in finding a 13-year-old girl who hasn’t been seen since mid-January.
Nikkia Sugar was last seen at 7:45 p.m., on Jan. 15 in the 3100 block of Woodhams Drive East.
She’s described as indigenous, 5-foot-5 and 160 pounds with a medium build, fair complexion, shoulder-length straight blonde hair and brown eyes. She has a tattoo of a diamond on her right hand and “Loyalty is Royalty” on her left hand, and a piercing on her tongue.
When she was seen last, she was wearing a black sweater, blue jeans, black sweat pants and black winter boots.
