A man is dead after the dirt bike he was riding collided with a telephone pole guide wire Wednesday.
Kindersley/Eston RCMP said the accident happened around 6:20 p.m. in the town of Eston, which is located about 150 kilometres northwest of Swift Current.
Police said the 35-year-old man was driving a dirt bike in a ditch along Highway 30 when the collision happened. The man, the lone rider on the dirt bike, was pronounced dead at the scene.
