Driving a semi-trailer unit loaded with crude oil down a residential street in Weyburn led to a charge of refusing to give a breath sample early Tuesday.
According to a tweet from the Weyburn Police Service, a 51-year-old man was arrested and charged with refusing to provide a mandatory breath sample on an approved screening device.
The man’s driver’s licence was suspended indefinitely and his truck and trailer were impounded.
