It’s time the Toronto Raptors finally get to the NBA Finals.
Yes, they lost three of four to the No. 1 seed in the East, the Milwaukee Bucks, but in two of those games the Raptors didn’t have their best player, Kawhi Leonard, in the lineup.
Straight up, it was 1-1 with the main lineups on the floor.
The Bucks it could be argued may have a tougher road, though the Raptors may have to go through the Philadelphia 76ers.
But the Raptors have tremendous depth and can roll through a great bench and keep players fresh.
If Toronto meets the Bucks in the conference final, Giannis Antetokounmpo will cause the Raptors big problems, as he has everyone this year.
And with Kawhi unsure of where he’s playing next year, they’d better get to the finals now.
Of course, it’ll be harder to pick them to win in the Finals when you see the Golden State Warriors likely to return for a chance at a three-peat.
