The City of Regina’s street-sweeping program moves into its next stage Tuesday, when crews are to head into residential neighbourhoods.
Street-sweeping machines have been on boulevards, medians and high-traffic roads in the past few weeks. Residents can find out when their streets are to be swept by watching for orange signs located at the main access points to their neighbourhoods.
The signs are to be placed a few days before the sweeping is set to begin; there are to be two potential dates in case of delays. The schedule also can be found on the city’s website.
Residents are reminded to park off the street when sweepers are in their neighbourhood.
