Parents were out with their kids at Maple Leaf Park on Sunday evening when a man allegedly started flashing them.
Regina police say it happened at about 5:45 p.m. At the time, there were about 20 people in the park.
Officers arrested a 41-year-old man who now faces five charges, including indecent exposure to a person under 16 years old, indecent act and breaching probation.
The man made his first court appearance on Tuesday.
