Kids don't always talk well, but rather than fret about it, Murray says enjoy it for it's undeniable charm.
Parents were out with their kids at Maple Leaf Park on Sunday evening when a man allegedly started flashing them.
Regina police say it happened at about 5:45 p.m. At the time, there were about 20 people in the park.
Officers arrested a 41-year-old man who now faces five charges, including indecent exposure to a person under 16 years old, indecent act and breaching probation.
The man made his first court appearance on Tuesday.
