The Regina Police Service has identified 21-year-old Isaiah Terrel Akachuk as the victim of Saturday’s homicide.
The Regina man was found lying on the sidewalk at Seventh Avenue and Garnet Street at 12:04 a.m.
Police gave him first aid until EMS arrived. Akachuk was taken to hospital, where he died.
He was the third homicide victim in Regina this year.
