An 18-year-old man has been charged in connection with a series of break-ins in the Kamsack area.
According to the Kamsack RCMP, Chase Quewezance — who was unlawfully at large from Regina — was arrested Friday.
Quewezance was charged with six counts of breaking and entering, five counts of wearing a disguise with intent to commit an indictable offence, four counts of possessing a break-in instrument, three counts of theft under $5,000, two counts each of mischief and resisting arrest, and one count each of possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000 and assault on a police officer.
The RCMP allege all of the charges stem from incidents that occurred in the Kamsack area between the end of May and June 25.
Quewezance made his first court appearance on Wednesday at Yorkton Provincial Court.
