Ten people had to spend their Thursday night at Country Thunder inside a jail cell.
In its daily update, the RCMP said six men, two female youths and one woman were arrested for causing disturbances and being drunk. Another man was arrested for uttering threats and was charged for failing to comply with his probation order.
Police responded to 27 calls on Thursday night, bringing the two-night total for the festival up to 30. In total, 13 people have been arrested.
Police aren’t just inside the gates of the festival, with enforcement taking place on highways around Craven as well.
Police have issued 55 traffic tickets and 77 warnings. Officers also found four people on outstanding warrants, issued two driving suspensions and charged two drivers with prohibited driving.
The RCMP said it appreciates the overall co-operation of the public and there have been very few problems with traffic entering festival grounds.
