10:00 – On Wednesday’s show John called out some of the public figures on Twitter who criticized Premier Scott Moe for sharing a photo of a “General Lee” car from the Dukes of Hazzard, which is benefitting the Canadian Mental Health Association. The classic car has a Confederate flag on the roof, and many implied sharing the photo was a tacit endorsement of Confederate values. John challenged the critics to put their money where their mouths are, and said he’d match their CMHA donations up to $300. U of R Professor Sean Tucker was one of the people John mentioned by name, and he joins the show now.
