A 22-year-old Regina man appeared in court Monday in connection with a stabbing that occurred early Sunday.
Joseph Nicholas Littlecrow was charged with aggravated assault.
The Regina Police Service says officers responded to a call of an assault with a weapon Sunday just before 4 a.m., in the area of Third Avenue and Montague Street. There, they found a 30-year-old man who had been stabbed.
The victim was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
After getting a description of a suspect, investigators eventually found Littlecrow in the 800 block of McTavish Street and arrested him.
