Regina police found a man with serious injuries near Toronto Street and Ninth Avenue shortly after midnight on Monday.
Police said the man was taken to hospital with injuries considered serious, but not life-threatening.
No arrests have been made.
In a news release, police said they’re treating the incident as a “weapons offence” but have not disclosed what type of weapon was used.
