A man turned himself in to Saskatoon police Thursday in connection with the Circle Dr. E. Fas Gas voyeurism incident.
After consulting with Crown Prosecutors, Saskatoon police have charged the man with voyeurism.
On Sept. 1, police investigated a complaint from a 29-year-old woman who said she believed a man had recorded her and four girls, while they were using the washroom at the gas station.
The woman said she saw a cellphone in a damaged ceiling tile. Police then arrested a 25-year-old man from inside the gas station, and seized his cellphone.
The investigation into the incident, including obtaining a search warrant to access the man’s cell phone, is ongoing.
