The Regina Police Service has charged a 16-year-old boy with aggravated assault after a 15-year-old boy was found hurt near Campbell Collegiate on Monday.
Police described the 15-year-old’s injuries as “serious” and said EMS took him to hospital after finding him at about 5 p.m., in the 100 block of Massey Road. Police said the boy’s injuries were “believed to be from a fight.”
Further investigation led to the 16-year-old male, who was arrested and charged. He can’t be named under the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
The 16-year-old is to make his first appearance in Youth Provincial Court at 9:30 a.m., on Oct. 31.
