A 34-year-old man was sent to hospital Saturday morning after getting shot in downtown Regina.
In a media release, police said officers were called to the 1800 block of Ottawa Street around 5 a.m. after getting a call from someone who had heard a gunshot in the area.
When officers arrived, they found the man with “an apparent gunshot wound.”
He was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
