Regina police are searching for two suspects after a female was mugged at a business in North Central Saturday morning.
In a media release, police said the incident happened at a business in the 1100 block of Angus Street just before 3 a.m.
According to police, one suspect used bear spray on the female victim while the other suspect struck her with a machete. The suspects then stole the victim’s things and fled the scene.
Police said she sustained minor injuries in the incident.
The suspect who used the bear spray is described as a male who was wearing a black hat with a white logo, a black and white bandanna, and multi-coloured running shoes at the time of the incident.
The suspect with the machete is described as a male, who — at the time of the incident — was wearing a black hoodie with white sleeves and multi-coloured runners.
