North Central shooting sends 28-year-old man to hospital

Regina police are investigating a shooting that sent a 28-year-old man to the hospital on Thursday afternoon.

In an emailed news release, police said the man’s injuries were serious.

The shooting happened at about 4:12 p.m. near Garnet Street and Fifth Avenue, according to the release.

Police are asking the public for tips to assist their investigation.
