Water leak hits Regina’s Landmark Cinemas

Regina’s newest theatre experienced its first major problem Monday.

Water from a broken pipe disrupted the showings at Landmark Cinemas in the city’s east end.

A spokesman for Landmark Cinemas said in an email that “the water was shut off quickly and the building was reopened in time for the late evening shows.”

A post on Facebook by Matt Lavallee showed the impact of the leak.
