Council retroactively slashed $1.33 million in rent owed by the Roughriders.
‘Tis the season for bad winter drivers!!!!
There are three in particular that need to be called out.
First, the uber-careful driver. The problem is the uber-careful driver driving 30 to 40 kilometres per hour slower than everyone else could cause a serious problem. If you don’t feel comfortable, take a slower route or stay home.
Second, Mr. or Mrs. Bad Tires. You know the people that can’t stop or start at stop signs and lights because their tires are either A) bald or B) the wrong tire for the season.
And then third, Mr. or Mrs. Invincible. They’re usually spotted in a pickup, throwing up snow and flying by you at their regular summer driving speed because … they’re in a truck.
The next time you spot them is likely going to be in the ditch.
