Ryan Straschnitzki, who was paralyzed from the chest down in the Humboldt Broncos bus crash in April of 2018, was seen in a video taking a few assisted steps Wednesday.
Straschnitzki travelled to Thailand earlier this month for surgery that involved placing an epidural stimulator in his spine.
His father Tom took to Twitter to show his progress.
Bout time he got off his ass. 1st time since he boarded the bus that horrendous day. 2nd day of doing this. Therapist helping with knees and ankles so they dont buckle. Ryan and his dad are expected to be home in mid-December.
