A 48-year-old Regina man is facing three child pornography charges after a home was searched by the the Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit on Wednesday.
James Stuart Millie was charged with possession, accessing and transmitting child pornography. He’s to make his next court appearance on Thursday.
According to a media release, the ICE Unit received a number of complaints in October about the uploading of child pornography to an Internet image-sharing website.
After the subsequent police investigation identified the Regina home from which the images were being uploaded, the ICE Unit searched the home on Wednesday.
The search found child pornography, leading to the seizure of computers, digital storage devices and a cellphone. Millie was arrested at the home and charged.
